Two Vehicle Accident in DeKalb County with Road Blockage

UPDATE: As of 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 the roadway was opened back up.

DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. — According to Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey with Alabama Law Enforcement Agency a two-vehicle accident happened at approximately 2:38 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 and has caused a road blockage.  

The lanes of Alabama 176 near Dekalb County 829, in Dekalb County, are currently blocked and will be closed for an undetermined amount of time.

Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are continuing to monitor the situation.
