One Fatally Injured Four Airlifted and Four Transferred by EMS for Injuries After ATV Accidents At Indian Mountain ATV Park on Saturday

SPRING GARDEN, Ala. (TWLN) — Emergency crews with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, Piedmont Rescue, Atrium Floyd EMS, and Spring Garden Fire Department were called to the Indian Mountain ATV Park in Spring Garden on Saturday in response to ATV accidents at the park.

Four medical helicopters were brought in, and four of the eight victims were airlifted to a nearby trauma center for treatment of unspecified injuries. Ground EMS transported the other four. The condition of all those injured is currently unknown.

There was also one reported to have sustained fatal injuries once emergency personnel arrived.
