Weiss Lake Church in Leesburg Has Postponed VBS Until July 21 - 25; This Year's Theme is God's Story

LEESBURG, Ala. - Weiss Lake Church has postponed this year's VBS until Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, 2025, due to widespread illness in their congregation, to give time for everyone to feel better.

2025 Vacation Bible School will start Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm each night. The theme this year is God's Story, so bring your kiddos out and let them come be a part of God's Story, an adventure "to eternity and beyond" with Andy, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, and more of the Toy Story characters.

This year, VBS classes are for children from age 4 through 6th grade. Each night, the children will hear a special message from God's Story (Bible), sing along to fun songs with the Toy Story crew, make crafts, play some fun games, and have some delicious food. Remember, it’s always a good day with the Toy Story crew.

Don't come alone, this is the best week of summer, and it would not be the same without you. Let’s pack the place and show our community what it means to have a "friend in Him"! So, invite a friend, a neighbor, or your whole crew!
