Tanker Truck has Overturned on County Road 1 near County Road 3 in Sand Rock

SAND ROCK- An 18-wheeler tanker has overturned Friday morning along County Road 1 near County Road 3 in the Tabor Road Community area in Sand Rock, with reports of the driver being entrapped.

The crash happened on County Road 1 near County Road 3 around 4:20 a.m. Friday - in front of the chicken houses owned by Miller Farms.

We were given reports indicating that a small leak may have been coming from the tanker.

Sand Rock Fire Department, Floyd EMS, and other emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene.

Please use extreme caution in this area and if at all possible, avoid this area and use an alternate route at this time.
