ROME, GA- Rome woman, Patsy Jane Thomas, 79, was arrested at KFC on Turner McCall Blvd after she threatened to “kick an officer in the balls”.
Police added that Thomas refused to leave the restaurant after being asked to do so by staff.
When officers were called, Thomas refused to give them her name and date of birth.
The threat to “kick an officer in the balls”, was done with officers placing her in handcuffs.
Thomas is charged with terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, and obstruction.
