CENTRE, Ala. - It was a proud moment for the children of Fairview Methodist Church. They were the subjects in the church's annual Live Nativity that took place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 9.
Mary was in the barn and the baby Jesus was in the Manger. Joseph was just outside attending to the donkey. An Angel with wings was there to guide the three Wise Men with their gifts for the Blessed Child. Several Shepard's stood while attending to their flock and paying homage to the baby Jesus.
Many motorists drove through to witness this special display. Every child did a great job playing their assigned part as the public watched.
Every year this display gets better and better, if you were not able to see this beautiful Live Nativity this year, we courage you to make plans to view it next year.
