Gadsden Police Ask for Public’s Help Identifying Fraud Suspects

GADSDEN, Ala. — The Gadsden Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance as investigators work to identify two individuals believed to be connected to fraud-related incidents currently under investigation.


According to authorities, detectives are actively investigating fraudulent activity and have released photographs of two suspects in hopes that members of the community may recognize them. One suspect is described as a female wearing a gray shirt, while the second suspect is described as a male wearing a brown jacket.

Police say the images were released as part of an ongoing investigation, emphasizing that even small details or tips from the public could be critical in helping move the case forward.


Fraud-related crimes often impact multiple victims and can result in significant financial loss. Law enforcement officials stress that public cooperation plays a vital role in identifying suspects and holding those responsible accountable.


Anyone who recognizes either individual or has information that may assist investigators is urged to contact Sgt. Massey with the Gadsden Police Department at 256-549-4612. Tips may be provided directly to investigators handling the case.


The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
