One person was killed, one seriously hurt – and three others managed to avoid injury in a three-motorcycle wreck taking place Sunday in DeKalb County.
That tragic accident took place on Alabama Highway 35 near Little River Canyon, just after 10 am.
Jerome Banks, 46 years old of Huntsville was fatally injured in the wreck, Banks was driving a 2001 Yamaha.
A male from Smyrna, Georgia driving a 2019 Honda, was seriously hurt and had to be hospitalized in critical condition. According to the Alabama State Trooper, he is currently listed in stable condition.
The driver of the third bike, a 2016 Harley-Davidson, identified only as a female from Conley, Georgia wasn’t hurt in the crash.
According to that accident report, two other passengers were also unhurt.
