Etowah Co. Man Arrested for Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st, Production of Child Pornography

Etowah County, AL- On June 24 a 19-year-old Altoona man, Thomas Nathaniuel Robinson was arrested for charges of Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st, Production of Child Pornography, and Dissemination of obscene Material according to Sheriff Jonathon Horton.

Investigator Brandi Fuller said. Robinson's victim was also 11 years old.

Robinson is being held on a $225,000 cash bond with the conditions of no contact with the victim or her family, no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 years old, no internet access or smartphones, and to be supervised by Etowah County Community Corrections.
