NORTH Ala. - Expect dry and pleasant conditions through rthe rest of the work week, with daytime highs ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s and overnight lows dipping into the 50s and lower 60s.

Looking ahead to the weekend, an approaching storm system may bring a slight chance of showers and a few thunderstorms, primarily across northwest Alabama on Saturday. Otherwise, mild fall weather is expected to continue.
