FORT PAYNE, Ala. – The sights, sounds, and traditions of fall are set to return as the DeKalb County VFW Agricultural Fair announces its 2025 schedule. The fair will run October 21–25 at the VFW Fairgrounds in Fort Payne, with this year’s theme, “America the Beautiful.”

Fairgoers can look forward to a lineup of family-friendly entertainment. The High Flying Pages trapeze act will perform nightly, bringing thrilling stunts to the main stage. Local talent will also take the spotlight with a variety of musical performances, including a special gospel singing event on Saturday evening.

Agriculture remains at the heart of the fair. Visitors can enjoy livestock competitions featuring lambs, dairy goats, and open beef classes. A highlight for families will be Kids Day, offering free admission for children and teachers.

“This fair has always been about community, tradition, and celebrating the values that make DeKalb County special,” organizers said.

With something for every age — from rides and games to music and agricultural showcases — the fair promises five days of fun and fellowship.
