City of Centre Hiring a Police Officer

The City of Centre is now accepting applications for a full-time police officer.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a current Alabama driver’s license, pass a background check and must be a certified officer or willing to enroll in an APOSTC Law Enforcement Academy.

Minimum starting salary will be $15.50 per hour.

Applicants must apply at Centre City Hall, 635 Armory Road, Centre, Alabama on or before

June 10, 2022.
