Centre Celebrates 50th Annual Fall Festival Today

CENTRE, Ala. — The City of Centre is celebrating a major milestone today with the 50th Annual Centre Fall Festival, bringing together families, businesses, organizations and visitors for a full day of activities and community fun.
The festival begins with the children’s Fun Run at 9:30 a.m., followed by the parade at 10:30 a.m. Live music and entertainment will continue throughout the day.
More than 160 vendors, businesses, organizations, community groups and food trucks are expected to take part, offering everything from food and shopping to crafts, local services and community information. Local law enforcement, public safety groups, churches, small businesses and other organizations will also be represented.
The annual event gives residents and visitors a chance to shop local, enjoy great food, connect with community organizations and celebrate 50 years of fall tradition in Centre.
