Sand Rock Football, Second Annual Cherokee Co. Media Day

On Saturday, June 25, during the Second Annual Matt and Todd Show Cherokee County Media Day, third up on the podium were the Sand Rock Wildcats.

The Weekly Ledger News had the honor of hearing from Head Coach Alan Heath and four Sand Rock senior football players, Trace Haygood, Brian Giles, Bradley Jackson, and Logan Crowder, they spoke about returning to the field in a new region with some tough opponents. Coach Heath spoke abouts about how he looks to improve on the success from last season, moving ahead with a solid staff and players.
