Centre Police Depart. Made a Total of 20 Drug Charges Stemming from Two Arrests Over the Weekend

CENTRE - Friday, October 14 at approximately 9:15 pm, Officer Kilgore initiated a routine traffic stop with Kimberly Lillard, 42 of Centre. The stop resulted in the recovery of 10 grams of marijuana, 2 grams of methamphetamine, eight Suboxone strips, three pill bottles containing: fifteen Modafinil, five Clonazepam, and two Oxycodone. As well as various items that fall under the classification of drug paraphernalia. Lillard was charged with five counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, six counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree.



Later that weekend on Sunday, October 16 at approximately 10:35 pm, Officer Kilgore conducted a traffic stop on Sara Petitt, 44 of Summerville, GA involved the retrieval of 6 grams of methamphetamine, four pills identified as diazepam, 3.4 grams of illegal mushrooms, +/- 1 gram of liquid marijuana, 17 grams of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia. Petitt was charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, four counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of possession of marijuana 1st degree.
