Are You Missing These Dogs? Cherokee County Animal Shelter Seeks Owners

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ala. — The Cherokee County Animal Shelter is hoping to reunite two recently impounded dogs with their families after both were found Tuesday, August 18.

One of the dogs was found on County Road 122 and was impounded at the shelter on August 18.

A second dog, also impounded August 18, was found in the area of County Road 69 and County Road 494 in Centre.

Are you missing one of these precious dogs, or do you recognize them? Please help spread the word so they have the best chance possible of being reunited with their owners.

Anyone who believes one of the dogs may belong to them is encouraged to contact the Cherokee County Animal Shelter for additional information.

Even if you don’t recognize them, sharing their photos and information could help reach the person who does.
