FORT PAYNE, Ala. - Johnny Jordan, Manager at Northeast Alabama Water District said due to high demands on the water system, Northeast Alabama Water is struggling to maintain water levels in its tanks, which can lead to widespread outages in the area.


Customers are asked once temperatures rise above freezing, please stop all possible usage and if you have a broken water line, please shut off your water meter or supply valve until your line(s) has been repaired. If you cannot turn off your water, contact Northeast Alabama Water for assistance at (256) 845-6186.
